  • Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a 25% deposit (net of any bank charges). We accept the following methods of payment – MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Diners Club International, Union Pay, JCB, (Worldpay) PayPal, Bank transfer or cheque

  • The balance of your stay should be received by us at least two months before arrival

  • Cancellations made up to two calendar months before arrival will have their deposit returned. Due to the difficulty of re-letting at short notice after this time, the full balance is due. We will however make every effort to re-let and if successful will return deposits in full. Travel insurance is recommended

  • Access to your accommodation is from 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival and we request you depart by 09.30 hrs on your departure day (this is to ensure adequate time to clean and prepare the house for incoming guests). If you could let us know of your arrival time at Kentraw Farmhouse, it would be much appreciated.  The demand for ferries is high and therefore should be booked in advance.   • Personal property is left in Kentraw Farmhouse at your own risk. Guests are responsible for shutting all exterior doors and appropriate windows and securing the property when absent or sleeping

  • Kentraw Farmhouse is strictly ‘non-smoking’ and pets of any description are not permitted.  We assume you will take reasonable care of the house and that it will be left clean and tidy with full inventory on departure. We encourage our guests to use water and electricity conservatively, and guests should also take responsibility for minimising fire risk. We reserve the right to charge for any breakage, excessive cleaning or damage to the property whilst in your care

  • Any property repairs/maintenance or gardening will be carried out between the hours of 11.00 to 16.00 hrs if at all possible to avoid disturbing your stay
